the web site you linked to is an old site from election night that is not updated. the provisional vote have been authenticated and they amount to 122,000 votes. the results will be added to the full count monday. there will be no breakdown, but from the county websites, it looks like kerry will pick up about 15,000 votes. still way short of what he needed.
